Travel Questions
-
You can fly directly to Perugia Airport from London Stansted or Heathrow. From there, it’s just a 30-minute drive to the venue by taxi or car, by far the simplest route.
If you’re travelling from Bristol or the South West area, this is a route we’ve personally done and can recommend if you do not want to travel to London:
Flight: Bristol → Rome (approx. 2.5 hours)
Train: Rome Fiumicino → Rome Termini (approx. 25 minutes)
Train: Rome Termini → Perugia (approx. 3 hours)
Taxi: Perugia → Borgo Colognola (approx. 25 minutes)
Whichever route you choose, we promise the journey is worth it, and we’re very happy to help with planning if needed.

Because we are expecting people to arrive across multiple days, after travelling another part of Italy and from a mix of different airports, at this time we will not be providing group transportation to and from a particular airport or location. A Few Friendly Notes
-
For the ceremony, we’d love you to be fully in the moment with us, phones and cameras can take a little break while we say our “I do’s.” Don’t worry though, we’ll have two photographers onsite capturing all the magic, and there’ll be plenty of time for photos afterwards!
-
Comfort meets style is the vibe.
Smart formal sandals for men are very welcome.
Light, chic summer dresses for women are perfect.
We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, off-white, or very pale pastel colours.
The ground is a little uneven, so wedge or block heels are your best friends ladies.
Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable!
-
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the ceremony. We’ll be serving pre-ceremony drinks, and missing those would be a shame!
-
Children are welcome. A nanny service will be available after the drinks reception so parents can relax and enjoy the evening. Parents remain responsible for their children throughout the event and stay.
-
We’d love to be the first to share moments from our wedding day, so please wait until we’ve posted before sharing anything from the wedding day itself. Outside of that - post away!
-
Transport to and from the venue isn’t included for guests staying offsite. Please see the Travel page for details on the local taxi app.
-
If you have any allergies, intolerances, or lifestyle/religious dietary requirements, please let us know at least two months before the wedding so we can take care of you. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate preferences, but will consider them.
-
Rain or shine, we’re covered! The venue has beautiful indoor spaces, so the celebration will continue seamlessly whatever the weather decides.

As we have exclusive use of the venue over multiple days, we ask everyone to help us look after it. Any damage or breaches of venue rules may be charged to the responsible guest.
-

-
For everyone’s comfort and safety, recreational drugs (other than prescribed medication) aren’t permitted onsite. Guests found in breach will be asked to depart.
-
Please keep an eye on your personal items during your stay. While we’ll do our best to help, the couple and venue can’t be held responsible for lost belongings.
-
Let’s keep communal areas tidy, be kind to staff and fellow guests, and bring nothing but good vibes.
