The price is based on two people sharing either a double or twin room (depending on what is required), allocated according to the couple’s preference and availability.
You will have a private bedroom within an apartment that includes a kitchen, lounge area, and bathroom facilities. A full private apartment is not guaranteed. If the apartment is shared, this will only be with other guests you already know. In shared apartments, you will still have your own private bedroom, and most rooms also include a private bathroom. Only the communal spaces (kitchen and lounge areas) may be shared.

Key Information
Borgo Colognola offers a lovely mix of private and shared apartments, all within the exclusively hired venue.
Private apartments are perfect for families and those with accessibility needs, featuring one bedroom and bathroom for two people.
Shared apartments offer private bedrooms (many with their own bathrooms), with shared large living spaces and kitchens, a great option for friends or families happy to share.
Room allocation & booking
All room allocations will be organised by Martin & Lucy, with payments made directly to the venue by them. If you have any questions at all about the venue, accommodation, or your stay, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with either of us.
Do not contact the venue directly, as they are not managing room bookings!
Booking deadline
Rooms must be booked by 1st November 2026.
Cancellation terms
Rooms are 50% refundable if cancelled more than 6 months before arrival.
Any cancellations made within 6 months of the wedding are non-refundable, in line with the venue’s policy for apartment bookings.
Can I amend my stay?
Yes - if you’d like to change the length of your stay or change your arrival/departure dates, please contact Martin or Lucy.
Can I do a payment plan?
Yes - we have arranged for Klarna payments to be available when you check out, which takes monthly payments.
